At Kitsap Component, we specialize in purpose-built electronics, custom 3D-printed components, and refurbished diagnostic hardware. Because of the specialized nature of our inventory, all sales are strictly final. Please review the policies for our product categories below before purchasing.

Custom & 3D-Printed Components

Made to order:All 3D-printed parts and custom hardware are final sale. We do not accept returns, remakes, or refunds for order mistakes. Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing, minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight color differences are normal and do not constitute a defect. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all dimensions and fitment before placing an order.

New Cables & Wiring

Final sale: All sales on specialized cables, adapters, and interface leads are final. We do not accept returns if a cable was ordered by mistake or is incompatible with your specific equipment - please confirm pinouts and application before ordering.

Refurbished Diagnostic Hardware

Refurbished laptops and tablets are tested before they ship and described as accurately as possible. If an item arrives not working as described, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
